Webnote is a tool for taking notes on your computer. It allows
you to quickly write something down during a meeting, class, or
any other time that you have a web browser
available.
You start by creating a workspace and creating notes in the
workspace. You can save your workspace at any time and return
to them from the same computer or any other computer. You can
also share your notes with others by providing the workspace
name (or url) to a friend.
text selection? -

Do you find it annoying that text sometimes gets highlighted as you drag notes? I can make it so that you can’t select text, but the drawback is that, well, you can’t select text. Instead you would have to double-click to edit the note and select the text there.
Currently, one would intentionally highlight text by holding ctrl+alt (or cmd on a mac keyboard), but it’s a little strange in IE.
I don’t know, what would you prefer? The ability to select text (how it is currently) or never being able to select text?
Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.
I hope that the background of the page is dark, cus I want to set my desktop to be my webnote. White is too light for my eyes.
