Webnote is a tool for taking notes on your computer. It allows
you to quickly write something down during a meeting, class, or
any other time that you have a web browser
available.
You start by creating a workspace and creating notes in the
workspace. You can save your workspace at any time and return
to them from the same computer or any other computer. You can
also share your notes with others by providing the workspace
name (or url) to a friend.

I’ve had requests for changing the background color of the notes. Here is an example of how you can save custom note colors with your own workspace and have it applied automatically. If you want to apply it to your own workspace, copy the contents of the note into a new note in your own workspace and set the colors.
You could use a similar trick to set the stylesheet to something external.
I also added an icon for the site.

Comment by Roger - March 9, 2005 @ 11:57 amI got in the site with the background colors example and copied the text, but on my site it didn’t change anything…
could someone help me?
thanks =)
This is a wonderful application. Simple, but brilliant. It’s saving me in mapping out a complex conclusion to a paper and got me off dead center.
Comment by Hunter Baker - March 18, 2005 @ 2:53 pmWhen I go to the workspace “custom_style”, all I see is a single yellow note containing the word “Animesh”.
How can I tweak the colours in my workspace (jschall)?
Thanks.
