More information about the plugins are in the sub directories, but here's a
short description.

- lj_friends 
  This is for use with Livejournal.  It periodically checks to see if your
  friends have updated and if they have, it puts an icon in the lower left
  corner of the browser.  You can download a binary at:
  http://www.aypwip.org/download/lj_friends.xpi

- metastatus
  I use my browser a lot and I would like status information available in my
  browser.  This is a plugin that does that for me.
